Opened August 2009 and situated at the apex of the property, The Lodge at Primland offers its guests a refined lodging experience. Sophisticated in style and spectacular in scale, the cedar and stone Lodge features 26 guestrooms and suites , each with a distinctive floor plan. The 3 Fairway Cottages situated along the fairways of the Highland Course feature cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors , Tennessee stone fireplaces and private decks with stunning vistas. The 12 multi -bedroom Mountain Homes offer a taste of mountain living at its very best. Perched along the ridges and tucked into hillsides, every door opens to reveal a spectacular view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The newest addition to accommodations is the Golden Eagle Tree House, opened July 2011 and set in the strong limbs of one of the oldest and most beautiful oak trees on the property. With an inspiring view far across the Dan River Gorge, the tree house is built of aromatic cedar . The one bedroom tree house features a large bedroom with sitting area, bath with soaking tub and an expansive deck offering a completely private and thoroughly luxurious way to experience the tranquility of Primland’s wild natural beauty.
