Solicitation of Proposals

We will make your meeting specifications available to the areas of your choice in Southwest Virginia. Information requested may include accommodations, off-site facilities, and touring options. Proposals may include specifics on available dates, rates, green fees, etc. We will help ensure that you receive your proposals before your decision deadline.

Area Referrals

We will be glad to refer your request for specific information to a particular area or all areas of Southwest Virginia. With this information, you will be able to easily select a site or plan your event. We will also provide you with the appropriate contacts at each of the convention and visitors bureaus (CVBs) in Southwest Virginia.

Familiarization Tours

You provide round-trip airfare or transportation, and we will be glad to take care of everything else. You will discover the variety of meeting facilities and options available to you in the state of Smiling Faces and Beautiful Places. From the scenic foothills of our mountains through the historic streets of our cities and towns, not to mention our championship golf courses ... there is something for every person in every group in Southwest Virginia.

We can provide you with a variety of publications to assist with destination selection, as well as materials to spark your meeting participants interest and assist them with on-site touring decisions.

We can provide you with an events calendar to help you in planning your meeting -- either to include a special event on your agenda or to avoid a possible conflict of dates.

We will provide you with a set of slides with narration to help you make presentations promoting your event in Southwest Virginia. Slides may also be used for publishing marketing materials.
