Cuz's started out with five tables in the bottling buidling of a dairy barn.
And the pace has never let up since the first day - the philosophy is still the same. Fresh food served quick and hot, steaks big enough to do all the advertising we would ever need, fish so fresh and varied that it seemed as if the beach had come to the mountains. Bluegreass and crooners keep the hungry crowds happy on the weekends. They also have cabins, a clay tennis court, and a pool! Cuz's offers world class cuisine and unique lodging. Popular with the locals. Menu includes huge steaks, fresh fish, and Thai specialties.
